For it’s Duffel plant, we are looking for a:

QUALITY SYSTEMS &

TECHNIQUES ENGINEER

Position Description

You will define the requirements of the quality system with respect to the international and customer standards, the special processes and the product specifications that are applicable.
You will execute the studies with respect to the customer quality agreements and implement the customer specific items.
You will set-up and maintain per product group the flow-FMEA, control plan & MSA.
You will make and maintain PPAP or FAI files for the main OEM’s, automotive and aircraft customers.

You will co-ordinate the half-yearly management review input, the monthly quality meeting inputs and follow up on the correction actions.
You will inform customers on changes in the quality system as requested by international or customer standards.
You will define, implement and maintain information technology systems to assist in quality engineering.
You will give trainings on the quality management system.

Position Requirements
 
You possess a Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in chemistry)
You have knowledge of rolled and extruded products and processes
You have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949, AS 9100, NADCAP, Lloyds, DNV, TÜV, ABS, GSI, LMPA, BFW
You have knowledge of auditor techniques, business process management and quality engineering techniques such as FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, 6 sigma
You are fluent in English and Dutch, other languages such as French and German are a plus
You have a customer driven attitude and are a fluent oral and written communicator
