(Fix job, full time, Leuven (near Brussels) – Belgium)

Position Description

• Manages and coordinates the development and/or application of Engine Lube, Fuel, Coolant and Adblue products for assigned OE customers
• Manages product testing, sets-up, benchmarking program and manages research efforts
• Provides technical support to Sales, Customers and users in the field
• Ensures broad range of engineering tasks
   

Position Requirements

• Master in engineering or equivalent through experience
• At least 7 years of experience in product/project engineering position with technical/commercial contacts, in a multinational automotive or heavy-duty Tier 1 suppliers to the industries
• Fluent verbal and written English. French, Dutch or German is an asset
• Good understanding of diesel engines and electro-mechanics in general
• Strong in conceptual thinking & problem solving. Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated capabilities in creativity, design, project leadership using APQP and DFSS
